Black beans are eaten daily in Brazil, mostly in the traditional dish Beans & rice. It's also cooked in variations such as Feijoada with smoked pork, sausage and other meats with onion. They are often served with Seasoned Cassava Flour for extra flavour. Black beans are healthy legumes full of proteins, vitamins and minerals.
