My partner is Brazilian . We have a house in Brazil and regularly eat canjica there. I also have a traditional Brazilian pressure cooker. I tried to cook some canjica recently but when in the pressure cooker it seems to froth up badly and causes the valve to block. I’ve never seen this happen with the canjica we buy when in Brazil. Overall disappointing.
