The product is made from the ground root of the cassava plant which has been eaten by native South American Indians in Brazil for a long time before it was discovered & colonized by the Portuguese. The Yoki product is the most widely eaten Farofa in Brazil.

Best Farofa ever

Despite being the best Farofa, I like to rost it more with Onion and butter + olive oil. Low heat to not burn. And it will be very crunch
