Enjoyed throughout Brazil on a daily basis. A tasty accompaniment for meats cooked on the traditional churrasco barbeque over hot coals & also with the feijoada bean casserole & rice. The product is made from the ground root of the cassava plant which has been eaten by native South American Indians in Brazil for a long time before it was discovered & colonized by the Portuguese. The Yoki product is the most widely eaten Farofa in Brazil.
