Tapioca Pancake

Ingredients
500 Sweet Starch Yoki
300ml cold water
1 pinch salt

Directions
Slowly add the cold water to the sweet starch Yoki, mix using your fingers. Pass it through a strainer to make it into flour. Heat up a non stick fry pan. Cover the pan with around 4-5 spoons of the flour. Cook it for around 1 minute and turn to cook for anothe rminute. Add your favorite filling and fold the pancake. Enjoy it!
